Overview
bare market is a low-waste shop that sells refillable, bulk, locally and sustainably sourced food, produce, body care, DIY ingredients, home care, and more. They have faced a decline in sales over the past year and have struggled to convert online traffic into actual sales. This project aims to redesign their website to boost their overall online sales.

Persona is a fictional, yet realistic, description of the target user. Six personas were created to help the team identify user’s behavioral patterns, pain points and potential challenges when using the website to reach their goals.

User flow is a visual illustration showing the steps users may take to reach their goals when using the website. User flows for each persona were created to provide a more comprehensive idea of how users navigate and interact with the website and give us a clearer picture of their pain points and obstacles for accomplishing their goals.

Introduced an 'About Us' page and relocated homepage content related to bare market to it, enhancing clarity and user focus.
Relocated the job postings page from the navigation menu to the footer, simplifying menu options.
